In 2024, the current CareerCompass (formerly: ‘Interactive Career Atlas through the Career Landscape’) was one of only nine selected projects funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) as part of the ‘Civic Innovation Platform’.

In 2024, the current CareerCompass (formerly: ‘Interactive Career Atlas through the Career Landscape’) was one of only nine selected projects funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) as part of the ‘Civic Innovation Platform’.

We were able to win JOBLINGE gAG Leipzig as a competent cooperation partner, which supports young job seekers in finding their way into the labour market.


With accompanying evaluations, the CareerCompass platform is user-friendly and in touch with the times, if not ahead of its time when it comes to career choice and career opportunities. 

In addition, Dr Nicolas Sander from the Psychological Research and Development department at the Federal Employment Agency's Occupational Psychology Service agreed to be a point of contact for the project. As an expert, he not only provided support for the project in terms of occupational psychology and customer issues, but also remains in constructive, scientific exchange with the project team to this day.
